Protien Is The Key!!!

Today its all about protien, what has the most protein and when is the most effective time to have it.



Lets start with the basics, protien is basically an ingrediant that helps muscle growth and repair. It is consumed by every person out there, but its especially useful to all those people who want to be ripped and of course get those perfect abs.



But what has the most protein?



No need to worry here are a few things which i beleive are important to have in your diet when aiming to build muscle.



1, Grilled or roast chicken

2, Eggs

3, Fish (espessially salmon and tuna).



These 3 products i believe are the best and should be eaten 30mins before your training and then one of these 15mins after your training.



As i said in one of my blogs dieting is key and by adding protein to it you will be on your way to getting those six pack abs.

How Good Is Cardio?

I just thought I would give you readers some basic advice about cardio training and I intend to come back to this subject in later posts.

I will start by saying that it is vital you do your cardio training after you have finished your resistant training and not before as this maximises your muscles. Your cardio training will be more effective done later as your metabolism will already
be in overdrive.

You should not over exceed the amount of cardio you do on any one day. DO NOT EXCEED 30-45 mins excercise, as this will result in muscles loss.

Finally only excercise 3-4 times a week, as you do not want your muscles to be worn out for when you hit the weights.

Don't know what the best method of resistance training is? No worries... all of the most effective techniques with full descriptions are are going to be posted in up and comimg posts.

Eat Your Way To A Six Pack!!

Today i will be talking about how eating the right food will get you those six pack abs you have always wanted. Also for those who are over weight ways in which to reduce your body fat and put you on the right direction to getting great abs.



You have probably heard the saying that eating less will help loose weight, HOWEVER its the opposite. by not eating enough your body goes into starvation mode and whatever you do eat will as a result get stored on your body as fat.



So i hear you say what shall i do?



Well for starters and this goes for people who want to get a six pack and also for all those who want to loose weight is have a good breakfast, there is no excuse, how long will it take a maximum of 20 mins!!



This will get your motabolism up and running, just think of your body as a car which needs petrol every 3-4 hours so it can work to its best and if it doesn't it will just stop.



Im not saying have a big feast ever 3-4 hours but something light for example a sandwhich.



By doing this your metabolism will be working at its best and so resulting in the food you eat to be digested much quicker thus not allowing fat to be stored.



You may or may not know that getting the excess fat off your body is not as hard as you think. Everybody has those ripped six packs underneath, its just about letting them out.



To give you an idea of what to eat hear is my daily food intake:



Breakfast - Porridge or Cereal.



Snack 3 hours later - 4 diffrent fruits.



Lunch - A tuna or egg sandwhich.



Snack - Some dryed non -salted nuts.



Dinner - 2 grilled chicken breasts with salad.



Im not telling you to follow it step by step for the rest of your lives but experiment with what foods you are comfortable with.



NOTE: I eat no carbs after 5 and drink at least 2 litres of water a day, as you know water is like a hose
pipe to fat and helps you get full more quickly.



I have made a promise to you that before im finished you will have a six pack like you have never seen before.

A Promise

Six Pack Abs - My promise to you.

I will make it my personal goal to ensure that you achieve great looking abs.

If you follow my step by step instructions, take my advice and heed my recommendations YOU CANNOT FAIL

There are hundreds of products out there that make wild and extravagant promises. Instead of getting ripped you get ripped off!!!

Most of my recommnedations will focus on the actions you take rather then the products you use. However from time to time I will point you in the directions of tried and tested products.

In pursuit of my own six pack abs I have spent a long time and a lot of money using many different products and techniuqes. Some of these worked to some extent and some have not. I have taken the best of what has worked and put it into my own personalised training programme. It is this successful formula which I will be sharing with you over the coming weeks and months.

I am confident that if you act upon my advice and follow these steps then you too can achieve success. It will not take long for you to start seeing results - just stick with me.

There are several key elements to my personalised programme and I will be revealing these in future posts. The first thing I will be discussing in some detail is the importance of diet and the necessity for eating the right foods. There are several intriguing aspect of diet that I will be revealing and the first of these will be in tomorrow's post. This is when you start to achieve your own six pack abs.
